Subscription

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers can manage or cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Trial

Eligible new customers receive a seven-day Pro trial with 25 AI builds total during the trial. No payment method is required. The trial expires without a charge, and paid access begins only after the customer chooses a plan and completes checkout.

AI-assisted output

Generated output is a draft. Customers are responsible for reviewing facts, rights, claims, disclosures, platform rules, and suitability before publishing. The service does not guarantee originality, platform approval, reach, followers, leads, sales, or income.

Plus More Labs

Creator Graph, Audience Twin, Signal Lab, Outcome Ledger, agent-assisted content generation, Rights Vault, Deal Desk, and Creator Treasury are decision-support and planning tools. They do not guarantee viral performance, establish causation, provide legal or tax advice, hold or transfer funds, create legal escrow, extend credit, factor invoices, sign contracts, or publish externally unless a separately connected and authorized integration is explicitly available.

Acceptable use

Customers may use generated output in their own business or creator activities. They may not resell access, publicly share logins, expose service secrets, interfere with limits or billing, submit information they are not authorized to process, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.

License

The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while the account is authorized. Product code, templates, prompt systems, design, and branding may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or represented as the customer's software product.

Refunds

Digital subscription access is delivered immediately. Completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when a verified billing error occurred. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge.

Generation modes

Outline Builder uses no API credits and produces template-based starting points, not expert answers. Smart AI is recommended for open-ended questions and runs only after explicit selection and generation. AI Team is the premium multi-agent workflow. All generated material requires human review.

Data ownership and retention

Your workspace data is separate from your subscription. Canceling paid features does not silently erase it; read, export, and deletion controls remain available. Retention follows the published retention policy; the specific duration will be stated here before launch rather than assumed.
