Information used by the service

The production service may store account details, brand profile, saved creator preferences, audience segments, campaigns, generated drafts, workflow statuses, performance information, Outcome Ledger events, rights records, deal-planning inputs, and creator-entered treasury information so the customer can access and synchronize a private workspace.

Service providers

  • Supabase for authentication and workspace storage
  • Stripe for subscription checkout, invoices, payment methods, and billing management
  • Netlify for hosting and server functions
  • OpenAI for AI-assisted generation requested by the customer

Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Creator Content Engine Pro workspace.

AI requests

When a customer requests generation, the app sends the relevant brand profile and request information through a server-side function. Service API keys remain server-side and are not exposed in browser code.

Plus More Labs data

Plus More Labs may process creator-entered audience evidence, content and revenue events, rights and license details, sponsorship terms, invoices or receivables, expenses, tax-reserve targets, and cash forecasts. The Labs are planning and recordkeeping tools; they do not create a bank account, hold funds, file taxes, provide legal escrow, or perform exact cross-platform identity matching.

What customers should not submit

Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, highly sensitive personal information, confidential customer records, or information you are not authorized to process.

Access, correction, and deletion

Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account and workspace information through the published support contact. Billing, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained for the required period.

Creator Companion memory

This optional feature uses only workspace details you explicitly approve and save. They stay local by default. Choosing “Remember me on this account” syncs the approved workspace for refresh and cross-device restore until you revoke consent. Revocation stops future sync and deletes the cloud workspace copy while preserving local data.

Data ownership and retention

Your workspace data is separate from your subscription. Canceling paid features does not silently erase it; read, export, and deletion controls remain available. Retention follows the published retention policy; the specific duration will be stated here before launch rather than assumed.
